I was born in New York City, where I was apparently a somewhat dramatic and precocious child. After getting tired of telling me to keep my voice down and impromptu musical numbers, my parents enrolled me in a children’s theater program at the Main Street Theater and Dance Alliance (mstda.org).
After that, it was all over.
I sang, danced and pranced with them for many, many years. The founders Nancy and Worth Howe mentored me and really brought out the best in me, I owe them everything.
Over the years I’ve taken classes and performed at UCB, Circle in the Square and Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.
I’ve also worked on many, many commercials and won Best Actress at the 2011 Brooklyn International Film Festival for my performance in the short film Babyland.
I still live in New York City and I still sing, dance and prance.
